A relatively unassuming heavy metal album from 1985 that has since earned itself a place in rock history by becoming one of the key moments in the formation of thrash metal. Not bad for a gang of spikey-haired punk mates from Grantham. Their second album, heavily influenced by early Iron Maiden, and the first to feature the new vocalist, fresh out of Ultra Violent, plus the guitarist, Mr Butt, from the Detructors. Managing to pull-off the punk-to-metal transition with better results than their label mates, Discharge.
