Melvins – “Ozma” LP

Recorded soon after Roger “Buzz” Osborne and Dale “Underpants” Crover made the move from Washington to San Francisco. The second album by the Melvins, released by Boner in 1989, and their first recording to include Lori Temple Black on bass (daughter of Shirley Temple, and also an ex member of Clown Alley). In fact, the first sound one hears at the album’s opening is Lori standing on her tiptoes to switch on her amp, thereby warning the listener of the onslaught to come. Now available again on vinyl with a gatefold cover.
