The New Bomb Turks – “Destroy-oh-boy!!” LP
The much loved debut album by the Columbus, Ohio garage punk band, originally released in 1992 by Crypt Records and recorded at Coyote Studios in Brooklyn, New York. An updated and newly remastered repress (from the original tapes) featuring a bonus cut, “Out Of My Mind” from the original Destroy-Oh-Boy session (previously only available on a 3” CD included in French zine Abus Dangereux). Comes with a 2-page insert crammed with pics and liners notes. An expensive price tag – I hope I can pick up more copies at a later date at a more reasonable price – but I saw these copies and thought I had to nab them asap, just in case, because demand will be high for what was, after all, one of the finest punk rock albums of the 1990s.
