Lincoln – “Repair And Reward” LP
Lincoln were a band from West Virginia who formed in 1992 and in their brief time left behind only a handful of recordings all of which are collected here on this long-overdue discography album. It includes the debut 7” originally released in 1992 by Watermark Records; the split 7″ from the following year with Washington, DC’s Hoover (on the Art Monk Construction label), and then the final 7″, released posthumously by Art Monk in 1994. Plus an additional unreleased song (only one song? damn!) called “Repair And Reward”. All recovered from the original analog tapes and restored and transferred by J. Robbins.
