Jello Biafra continuing to do what he has always done, (the preacher-man is consistent if nothing else): highly charged political punk rock that savagely skewers the absurdity and dangers of modern America. The first studio outing in six years, and featuring for this recording the alliance of two ex members of Victims Family, plus Jason Willer of Cross Stitched Eyes/Charger/UK Subs on drums. Reminds me a lot of the Biafra-D.O.A. collaboration from 1989, but less rock, more fast thrashy hardcore. Winston Smith artwork, of course.
