Criminal noise destruction, a follow-up to 2022’s demo, Repression return with a fully fleshed-out line up, complete with the former drummer of Extended Hell and Urchin. Starts with a old school thrashiness before lurching into stompy noise-punk territory, the type that was originally claimed by S.H.I.T. and Hoax. Loud and unhinged. The bandcamp/label bio makes an insightful mention of Heresy, and as signposts go, it will send you in the right direction – but old, three piece Heresy, before the split LP, that’s where, to be precise.
