MSPaint – “Post American” LP
The debut LP for this band formed in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The ingeniously named MSPaint have their own individual take on snyth-punk. They are guitarless, but they are also instantly identifiable as having come from the the hardcore punk DIY community. Ian Shelton of Militarie Gun and Pierce Jordan of Soul Glo help-out on guest backing vocals – adding to the whole joyful racket that this exciting new outfit have composed. It all feels very exhilarating, vital, and relevant to this (perhaps pivotal) moment in time.
