Drawing together traditional metal influences under the vaulted ceiling of the cathedral of doom, the debut LP (released in 2013), by this Boston, MA five piece comprised of veteran musicians from Rival Mob, Mind Eraser, Death Evocation, No Tolerence, Doomriders, Clouds etc. The DIY hardcore punk pedigree lifts this way above the obvious cliches that so often marrs this genre of metal. Hard and lumbering like Saint Vitus, but they also shift into muscular, pumped-up, rock-outs, helped along and by solid song-craftmanship.
