Originally released in 2003, a band that carried the torch of Oxnard (California) hardcore, In Control were active players within the youth crew, sXe scene that existed at the turn of the century, bands like: Over My Dead Body, Lifes Halt, Bane, Death By Stereo and Carry On. In Control played rough edged DIY hardcore that was not without a melodic sensibility; delivered with passion more than polish – and, in this instance, rough-edged is a good thing. Both in terms of chronology and style an album that is somewhere between Hard Stance and Have Heart.
This new pressing is hand-numbered out of 200 copies.
