New Jersey’s GEL and Romania’s Cold Brats team-up for the an aptly named split LP: Shock Therapy is electric! GEL are becoming famous for their brand of noise punk and their four contributions here represents business as usual: a whirl of chaos that gallops and stomps and roars. Cold Brat’s side continues the caustic post-punk noise that they debuted on their Punk In The Digital Age Extended 12″ that was released by Convulse in 2021.
