F.O.T.K. (Fear Of The Known) – “Cabal” 7″ and flexi (black)

An international collaboration recorded at several places during the Covid19 Pandemic, and involving a rag tag crew of well known elder statesmen from the punk rock community: Steve Allen of Disorder, Andy Lefton of War/Plague, Tom Radio of Frustration on bass, Yuji Kawaguchi of Rose Rose on Drums and Kaos (Chaos UK) on vocal duties. A Five song EP plus two covers on an additional flexi disc. Good common-sense/humanitarian lyrics, with a welcome element of self-righteous finger pointing. There’s a lot of bands out there, from a similar generation to the guys in F.O.T.K (all lining up for the next instalment of the underwhelming Rebellion festivals), and – hail Bristol! – in all respects this is comparatively far, far superior. The way to do it. Even the inclusion of the old Disorder/Chaos UK songs (on the flexi) works as a further stamp of dependable quality and authenticity. This copy is the 2021 pressing on black vinyl.
