Bitpart – “Eat Your Mess” LP
A punk band from Paris formed by ex members of Fat Beavers. This is their third album. Boisterous indie-pop, with a slight Unwound/Fugazi dissonance, all played hard and vigorous. The slightly post-punk melodies of the male-and-female vocals puts me in mind of Rainer Maria, updated via Bridge And Tunnel… and, more recently, Rvivr. Does anyone remember Month Of Birthdays? well…
