A Brighton five piece with the their debut release (ex members of Come The Spring) with a bold, brash take on post-hardcore, cherry-picking from their favourites from the past, (I’m going to speculate:) Seaweed, Fugazi, Samiam, Chamberlain and Hot Water Music. But updated to a modern style (think: Basement, Title Fight, Fiddlehead). The ‘post-hardcore’ description/tag is especially relevant as their sound has the weight, volume and energy that a band merely influenced by alternative rock or melodic punk would otherwise lack.
