The Comes – “No Side” LP
The Official reissue of the debut by this seminal Japanese band of the early 1980s. The Comes were a bridge between the Thrash Til Death era of Japanese hardcore (the ferocity, speed and energy) and the preceding peace/protest-punk – some of these tracks would be right at home on an old Mortarhate compilation (and to be fare The Comes would have blown away most the UK bands). The No Side reissue comes in a heavy, old-style textured sleeve and includes a replica lyric insert. It was originally released in 1983 on Dogma Records.
