State Faults – “Clairvoyant” LP
Third full-length for this Santa Rosa, California based hardcore band who have been keeping alive the skramz for the past decade. Returning after a few quiet years with this album in 2019 that was recorded at The Atomic Garden Studios with producer Jack Shirley. Featuring multiple memorable hooks, occassional roars of doom-esque heaviness, and smooth transitions into moments of haunting post-rock. This represents some of the best screamo to be found anywhere at this point in time.
