Indie rock band from New York, founded in 1999 by Walter Schreifels (of Gorilla Biscuits, Moondog, Quicksand etc.) and a bunch of other HC scene-members, not least drummer Sammy Siegler (of Youth Of Today, Judge, Project X, World Be Free, Civ, etc. etc.). United by Fate is the debut album, originally released by Island Records in 2001.
