London’s one-man synth-punk outfit now evolving into a full-band line-up. Go past the initial confusion of the first song with it’s ironic crooning vocals, and pretty soon you’re in some rip-roaring fast-punk territory that rushes past like an agitated Hank Wood… with a different kind of Hammerheads… and you can make a couple of passing references to Screamers or Devo, too – although essentially, this is a band with their own unique, post-modern sound, and one that vigorously shakes your nerves with its distinct explosive energy and deranged hookiness. Two years since its original release… and a green vinyl repress for Autumn 2022.
