Pillsbury Hardcore “Eighty SiXed: The 1986 Rough Mix Tape” LP
A band from Pomona, California that formed in 1984 and disbanded in 1988. Kind of grouped-in with early US straight edge and inspired by the early 80s Washington DC and New York hardcore movements, but with a slightly less aggressive Southern Californian vibe. Featuring the distinct bass-playing of Eric Wood, fresh out of Peace Corps, and now teamed up with the Connell brothers – a trio that later went on to form Pissed Happy Children, Neanderthal and Man Is The Bastard.
This 1986 rough-mix tape recording is on coloured vinyl and comes with deluxe packing that includes a limited CD, large poster, large flyer poster, flyer, two stickers, and large, 22″ x 11″, lyric sheet/photo and flyer collage.
