The debut LP from Philadelphia’s Smarthearts who feature members of Sheer Mag, The Guests, Devil Master and Graveturner. The Sheer Mag connection is absolutely relevant – but drop the classic hard-rock theme; keep the rowdy lo-fi/garage vibe, and apply a dollop of pure power pop and that will get you pretty close to The Smarthearts. Very catchy, in a Tenement style, with an added raggedy Titus Andronicus loosness.
