Modern Life Is War – “Tribulation Worksongs Volume Three” 7″ (transparent green vinyl)
Third installment in a series of 7″ releases from the reformed Modern Life Is War (reuniting in 2012 after a four year break). Recorded by Luke Tweedy at Flat Black Studios and mixed by Kurt Ballou at God City Studios. The B-side is (bizarrely) a cover of “I Wanna Be Your Dog” by The Stooges. The lyrics of each song were typed by vocalist Jeff Eaton on his antique typewriter, to be then hand printed on the front and back covers by artist Jacob Bannon (Converge) making each cover totally unique. The labels of the vinyl were also hand stamped before final assembly by the people at Deathwish. This is the limited green vinyl version, and it is already out of press.
