The Middle Class – “Out Of Vogue – The Early Material” LP
Credited with releasing what is arguably considered to be the first hardcore or proto-hardcore punk record, 1978’s faster-than-fast Out Of Vogue. Santa Ana, California’s The Middle Class were certainly American hardcore pioneers, and they did it good too. A well deserved 30th anniversary collection, this combines that ground-breaking EP upon us, plus all their early studio recordings along with a never-before-released, four-song, 1977 studio demo.
