Incendiary Device – Self-titled LP
A reinvention of classic American punk and early hardcore by a New York band fronted by filmmaker Drew Stone, and joined by musicians who have, over the decades, played in several New York-based bands (Antidote, The High & The Mighty, Drew Stone Hit Squad). United by a shared enthusiasm for Minor Threat, Negative Approach, Deep Wound, SSD, Circle Jerks and Black Flag. It is what it is, old boys, with plenty of experience, having a great time recreating the music that they have always loved, while getting a tonne of shit off of their chests. The end result shares a lot in common with Keith Morris’s Off!
