Representing Tehachapi and Oxnard, California with their first full-length album. Ill Communication bring back a touch of the golden years of youthcrew (Bane, Youth Of Today) with some high-powered anthems, paying respect to those who paved the way, but doing their part in the current punk/hardcore movement, keeping it progressive as well as positive. Did we need a Andrew WK version of youthcrew hardcore? On the strength of this, we may not have know it, but, yes, we did. An album that is surprisingly life affirming.
