Melbourne’s psychedelic crust punks have crossed over from Iron Lung and Static Shock to release their third album with Relapse Records. And it has paid off in as much as their new label can probably can afford a little more studio time. One thing for sure, DIY noise punk doesn’t often sound this good in terms of production, with all the urgent rage and fuzzed-out distortion balanced in just the right proportions; dense chaos given clarity and boosted sonic intensity.
