Description
Gameface – “Every Last Tape” LP
Southern California’s longstanding pop-punk-emo-indie-rockers with a collection of demos and live tracks recorded in late 1997/early 1998. Familiar tunes from back in the day, given a helpful boost by the exciting rawness of being low-budget recordings, as opposed to their more polished album/studio output. Faster too – this is more along the lines of the melodic punk of Shades Apart, Big Drill Car and Descendents. They say nothing succeeds like mediocrity, and if I could, I would berate Foo Fighters fans by playing them a copy of this album – and reveal to them what weak, inferior shite they had settled for. LP includes digital download of album and five additional tracks. Limited edition of 100 copies on yellow vinyl.
