An ambitious concept album (brave), and a rock opera of sorts (braver still), 78 minutes long, with a narrative that describes the love story between the title character David and a girl named Veronica. And set in late 1970s Britain. Why? This is a band that has been releasing singles for the past fifteen years all based on the Chinese Zodiac… It’s Fucked Up, no need to ask why, we know what to expect… (absolutely anything).
This is the 10th anniversary reissue, packaged within a gatefold sleeve containing a 4-panel fold-out poster with lyrics and credits. Also, for some reason, with a 30 x 30 cm insert packaged over the top of the front cover.
