Debut EP from Stockholm’s Existence that shoots straight back in time to the straight-edge influenced hardcore that I used to rock-out-to in the early to mid 90’s . The vocals are so close to Undertow (or Strain – if anyone remembers them), and passionate, like Worlds Collide; but with a musical approach that switches from simple, heavyweight, chugging riffs to a more complex melodic approach that reminds me of the Turning Point LP. Further helped by some great packaging and boistrous studio production, this is essential not just for fans of the aforementioned 90’s bands, but also anyone who digs current hardcore like Turnstile and Incendiary.
