Every Time I Die – “New Junk Aesthetic” LP
The Buffalo, New York hardcore band’s fifth full-length album, released in 2009. A step back to a time when Cursed, Colesium, The Chariot and The Hope Conspiracy (etc.) were releasing records, sometimes with the help of Myspace. Every Time I Die added to this amalgamation of styles and sounds with some Southern Rock heaviness and off-the-wall Mars Volta experimentation complete with Cedric Bixler-style vocal melodies.
