Ecstatic Vision – “Sonic Praise” LP
Psychedelic space rock rom a band of freak-heads that formed in Philadelphia in late 2013 to primarily “play what they wanted to hear” – which would include the influence of Hawkwind (natch), Aphrodites Child, Olatunji, Can and early Amon Duul ll. Signing to Relapse Records Ecstatic Vision recorded and released this debut album in 2015, now available (with new artwork) on Italy’s Heavy Psych Sounds label.
