Expanding the energy and rage of hardcore into whole new territories, treading where, to this day, few bands have managed to follow. The name Die Kreuzen translates as “the crossing”, which is kind of what they did – but good luck trying to describe where it was that this band had actually crossed over to… The MRR review at the time (courtesy of Tim Yo) was “This is fucking great!” repeated twelve times, and nothing else. Over thirty years later, the verdict is still – this album is fucking great!
