LA’s Cosmic Joke take influence from acts like Bad Religion, Circle Jerks, and Descendents, mixing infectious melodic-punk sensibilities with a hefty, hard-edged thump that is more in keeping with the bands typical of Triple B Records. Might remind you of the more serious minded acts that were on the periphery of the peak Fat Wreck/Hopeless years, such as Good Riddance, Strike Anywhere and Ignite.
