The second full-length by Philadelphia’s Blacklisted, it was released on Deathwish Records in 2008, and as it still sounds vital and intense it’s an album worth adding to the Treason stables in 2021. Recorded and engineered by Kurt Ballou at God City Studios, Heavier Than Heaven, Lonelier Than God is a classic of darkened, heavy-weight hardcore. Heavy, both sonically and emotionally. It packs a whallop on both levels.
