The second full-length release from this Seattle indie-rock band. More shoegazey than before, and less grungey, but still possesed by an awkward punk spirit, and with an added Bob Mould influence – and not just in the guitars, you also get the sense of being in the presence of a very capable songwriter who understands how to take your ears somplace interesting. Fortunate people who get this band – will absolutely get this record. It’s a gem.
