With another deep dive into Cleveland’s hallucinogen-soaked hardcore underbelly, Woodstock 99 delights in obliterating your expectations, almost the whole A side of is a conventional (for them, at least) hardcore punk record. It’s fast, relatively straight forward, lose and close to chaos but, at the same time, held together with some very capable musical chops. It’s a all bit demented. And side two?
