Description
Void “Live 1982” LP
A live recording by the legendary Washington DC, first-generation, hardcore band. Fourteen tracks recorded by Tom Lyle from Government Issue at the Wilson Center in 1983 (there was a mix-up, and the record has been incorrectly titled as ‘1982’). Includes instantly recognisable tracks from the split LP with Faith (such as “Who Are You?” and “Time To Die”), but some are unfamiliar (at least to me ) and I don’t know of the existence of studio versions of around half the tracks. Pressed on clear vinyl, unfortunately without the zine that accompanied the sold-out/super limited glow in the dark green vinyl version. Including photos by Jim Saah, and art/layout from Jason Farrell.
