UNKNOWNS – “Looking From The Outside” LP

Their are known knowns and there are known unknowns, and everyone knows it, while The Unknowns, they are no longer unknown, and with their third full-length they are set to become even more known.  A punk rock band from the Sunshine Coast, Australia featuring two members of The Chats within their ranks. Funnily enough, The Chats are one of the few Australian garage punk bands that I wouldn’t necessarily compare to The Unknowns as they do not share any direct similarities. Instead, The Unknown’s music chimes with echoes of The Saints, Radio Birdman, The Meanies, Cosmic Psychos and Royal Headache. On a mission, generous souls that they are, to pile-high your plate with oil-dripping helpings of fast punk tunes – and that’s fast punk tunes with a capitol ‘T’, natch.
