Saetia – “Collected” Double LP
Saetia were active in the final few years of the 1990s. Playing the East Coast of the US from their base in New York, and releasing now hard-to-find records on Mountain, Level Plane and Witching Hour. They traversed the hard-to-define styles and sounds of both emo and screamo, somewhere between Bob Tilton, Native Nod and Moss Icon; City Of Caterpillar, Jermoes Dream and Hot Cross. Collected is a vinyl version of the A Retrospective CD that Level Plain released in 2001: compiling together the demo cassette, two 7″ EPs, and 12″ LP (minus the live tracks that appeared on the CD version). This double LP comes with a glued-in 15 page book that includes photos, flyers, lyrics, and newly written reflections by multiple members to celebrate the bands history.
