The extraordinary phenomenon that was/is Rudimentary Peni, an uneasy spirit that was never going to rest in peace – recorded several years ago, before they engaged in another mysterious hiatus, it begins with 2009’s “Wilfred Owen” single (recently released on Sealed Records) and proceeds with nine more tracks of neurotically enhanced lo-fi punk, that is still unmistakably the sound of R.P. albeit many decades older.
