The debut album from 1992. North Carloina’s Polvo were active throughout the 90’s, slightly under the radar, but highly cherished by those that managed to discover them. Mathy rock with an off-kilter looseness; high decibel, like Sonic Youth and Dinosaur Jr, big and beefy too, like Bitch Magnet, but not without the melodic suss of Superchunk or Pavement. This 2020 reissue includes new artwork of posters and photos from the band’s archive.
