The second 7″ EP by Bristol’s chain punk sensations. Three tracks on this one, which gives the songs a chance to open-up a little more, allowing new ideas and complexity to be smuggled-in. All the while keeping a death-like grip on the desperate, malevolent aggression that you will know from the previous year’s debut EP, The Chain Of Infection. Gulch, Fucked Up and Ceremony warrant a mention as influences, but given that they are a UK band, its a localised variation on a theme, and I get a little Flex, Zero Again in the sound, too. All in all, a raging – and I mean raging – success
