Idiota Civilizzato – self-titled LP
A debut LP from this Berlin based band who take on board a healthy influence of 80’s hardcore, specifically from the Mediterranean region, the Italian heroes of yester-year: Wretched, Negazione, Indigesti and CCM. Bit of Born Against in the vocals, too (who were’nt impartial to a little Italian hardcore themselves). Twisting and turning with an unrelenting, vein-pumping energy, here’s what Sorry State Records have to say on the matter: “The only thing you can do is drop the needle and hold on for dear life. I expect that we’ll be seeing this LP on many best of 2018 lists, and deservedly so. If you have even a passing interest in the current DIY hardcore scene, you should make a point to check this out.”
