Instrumental post-rock band originally from Portland, Oregon, with their album from 2008. One their heaviest, with production assistance from people who’ve worked with both Sunn O))) and Faust. A disorientating ride, from pleasantly trippy psyche to permanently mind-altering blackness. Less desert-rock, more the dark reverby cavern’s that lie beneath. The clue is in the sleeve art.
