Following-up the split 12″ with Shin Guard, of 2019, recorded, produced, engineered and mixed by Owen Traynor, and mastered by Brad Boatright (Audiosiege), For Your Health’s debut full-length LP ia an eclectic mix of different styles. Still a screamo band at heart, and like a lot of screamo, eager and happiest when pushing boundries and dipping toes into different waters. By turns hectic and off-kilter, dramatically switching tempos, going from melodic post hardcore, to gutteral metallic crunch, to crazed Locust-style spazz-outs, and finally, to brooding post rock ambience.
