From Boston, USA, and following up their album of 2017 (also released by Pop Wig). An unusual, idosyncratic, take on metallic hardcore, in that the vocals lean heavily towards the metal, with a deep growliness and prevailing sense of menace; while the guitars don’t seem to be able to stop themselves from sliping into less-brutal melodic moments, despite the overall heavy theme and chuggy pace. Works well.
