Six songs that pay homage to traditional and contemporary straight-edge and youth-crew hardcore, from 80’s poison free innovators such as Insted and Uniform Choice, via Floorpunch,Ten Yard Fight and Have Heart. Channeling the spirit of hardcore pioneers while exploring broader influences, creating a sound that’s both nostalgic and forward-thinking. Recorded at Local Man Recording Studio in the High Desert and mixed by Taylor Young at The Pit. To really kick things into gear, the track “Tear Stained Youth” features Mark Porter of Floorpunch on guest vocals.
