The first full-length by Stockholm, Sweden’s Feels Like Heaven (featuring members of Speedway), explodes with a huge dosage of 1990’s influence. A perfectly executed blend of Lifetime, Elliott, Mouthpiece, Samiam, (etc.), and no surprise, consequently sharing a lot of common ground with Fiddlehead. Equally modern sounding as it is retro. It’s a good balance. As too is the ratio of melody to energy. This one delivers, big-time.
