Eye For An Eye – “100% Unnatural” LP
One of Taang! Record’s less typical and slightly overlooked releases : Massachusetts’s Eye For An Eye relased their Omega Drone 7″ on Blackout Records in 1991. Their style was straight-up New York/East Coast hardcore of that era. Burn, Beyond, Absolution, Supertouch were all in a shared ballpark, and Eye For An Eye were easily their equals – they just happened to be based in Cambridge, Massachusetts rather than New York. This compilation has twenty tracks, their entire recorded ouput: Omega Drone, Who EP, A Don Fury demo session, and two radio broadcasts.
