Ephemera – “Part II” LP
An international screamo collaboration, primarily based in Sweden – a project that came to life when a member Heart On My Sleeve got together a blend of different people from different cities, countries, and bands (Jazzbrunch, Trembling Hands, Coma Regalia, Rain maker) and creating something special under a new name. Inspired by a the three band collaboration that once took place between Envy, This Machine Kills and Yaphet Kotto on the three-band split CD released by Sonzzai Records in 2002. The end result of this experiment is a rich and varied mix of modern screamo-punk, that recognisably borrows from the past, but, because of the number of musicians involved, each song manages to be both unique sounding and broad in its range.
