From one of the punkest cities in the USA: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. De Rodillas is a hardcore punk band featuring members of Peace Talks, fronted by a formerly undocumented Mexican immigrant – a background that further turns-up the heat on the band’s exploration of political topics, that are steeped in raw, visceral emotion. Launched by feedback, these are fast punk songs with hard-knuckle, thumpy rhythms and inventive riffing that pulls equally from 80s hardcore classics and modern inspirations.
